As a registered user (member) you agree to the following:
- You will create only one profile with OzDate website
- You are solely responsible for the content or information you post, publish, display or otherwise communicate in any way on the OzDate website or transmit to the other registered users (members) of this website.

will not post on OzDate website or transmit/communicate to the
other registered users (members) any inaccurate, abusive, obscene,
offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially
offensive or illegal material or any material that violate another
parties rights.
- You will not provide inaccurate, false or misleading information to OzDate or to any registered user (member).
- You will represent yourself fairly and correctly to other registered users (members) and to OzDate website.
- You will not post any of your direct contact details including telephone numbers, home address, email address or other form of contact details in your profile.
- You will not engage in advertising to or solicitation of, other registered users (members) to buy or sell any products or services trough OzDate website.
- You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and you agree to take precaution when meeting individuals trough OzDate website.
- You will not harass other registered users (members) with junk emails, spam or chain letters.
- Any content you post or publish on OzDate website will be treated as non confidential and non proprietary and OzDate will have no obligations to such content and will be free to use such content for any commercial and non commercial purposes. However, this excludes personally identifiable information which is treated with our highest respect (see our Privacy Policy).
- OzDate website and its service are for personal use, viewing and enjoyment of its registered users (members).
- OzDate may at any time request from you as a registered user (member) some form of identification if necessary, to establish the credibility of the account and its content.
- OzDate may review and delete any content that we find illegal, offensive, dangerous, harmful or any content that violate the rights of registered users (members) and this Terms of Use Agreement.

Copyright, Intellectual Property and Trademarks
OzDate owns all intellectual property, trademarks and all copyrights of all natures in the website. No material on the website may be adapted, reproduce, transmitted, distribute, displayed, published, framed, and linked to, sold, performed in public, passed off in any form by any process, without prior written consent of OzDate. You agree that any material or information presented to you by OzDate will be used in non commercial purposes, but for your viewing only.
Members Disputes
OzDate is not involved in members interactions whether online or offline and if dispute arises between yourself (registered user, member) and other registered users (members), you agree to release OzDate from any and all damages, claims, obligations, or demands of any kind that may arise as a result of that conflict. OzDate has no obligations but reserves the right to monitor the conflict and if necessary to act accordingly. OzDate will assist any State or Federal prosecuting authorities upon receiving an appropriate warrant or judicial order.
Limitation of Liability
Subject to any liabilities that may not be limited by law, in no event will OzDate ,including its owners, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, partners or affiliates be liable to you or any other third party for any direct, indirect, exemplary, incidental or consequential loss or damage, nor for any personal injury, lost money, profits, income, data, contracts arising from your use of OzDate website, OzDate service provided to you or any events staged or managed by OzDate, even if the OzDate knows or has been advised of the possibility of such problems/damages.OzDate does not perform an initial screening of individuals registering for the service,and OzDate makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of such individuals or their compatibility with any current or future registered users (members). OzDate will not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses resulting from any business dealings or correspondence with third party advertisers or resulting from the presence of such advertisers on the OzDate website.
Indemnity
You as a registered user(member)of OzDate website agree to indemnify and hold harmless OzDate website its owners, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and other third parties that may be associated with OzDate website, for any costs, liabilities, losses, claims or demands, including reasonable legal fees, relating to or arising out of your use of OzDate website and its service, including any breach by you as a registered user(member) of the Terms of Use Agreement.
Termination
Minimum length of free membership is 30 days an it will take affect from the moment of your registration. After that period expires you can request your profile to be removed/ deleted/canceled from the website if you do not wish to continue to use the website (OzDate). OzDate reserves the right to refuse the cancellation of your membership if you request the cancellation of your membership prior to the expiration of this minimum period ( 30 days). Only in special circumstances we may decide, upon your request, to delete your profile from the website before this period expires.
